Mrs. Claus thought it may be a really good idea for Santa to give everyone a little peek inside the Toy Shop inner workings. Santa agrees.
Normally, the Shop runs really smoothly. At times, though, there are some not so good surprises. Some machines break down. Last minute wish lists come in. The Elves get tired from the long work hours, just to name a few problems. However, Santa has a few extra special Elves who can handle any and all problems. Let's see who they are......
